CNAS Accredited Laboratory
Our laboratory holds CNAS accreditation and is equipped with over 200 pieces of specialized testing equipment, enabling us to perform more than 100 different types of electrical tests. From raw materials and components to finished products, we are consistently dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality electrical products.
Temperature Rise Testing

Through rigorous, CNAS-certified temperature-rise testing, we conduct comprehensive evaluations of how ambient and operational temperatures impact the performance of our circuit breakers and various low-voltage electrical products. Reliability Testing
Circuit breakers and low-voltage electrical products are required to undergo a period of simulated environmental and durability testing—simulating the processes of long-term exposure, usage, and aging—to ensure that the products meet international standard requirements.
EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Testing

Electrical Endurance & Life Testing

Our electrical life testing simulates thousands of on-off cycles—mirroring real-world usage scenarios—to rigorously evaluate our electrical products. By simulating the stress conditions encountered in actual operating environments, we verify that every device consistently maintains excellent electrical conductivity and protective integrity throughout its entire service life, thereby providing absolute peace of mind for critical power systems.
Short Circuit Breaking Capacity Testing
At HUYU Electric, the breaking capacity is our ultimate commitment to electrical safety. In our CNAS-accredited testing center, we subject every circuit breaker to extreme short-circuit fault simulations to evaluate: Precision Tripping: Ensuring instantaneous and accurate response under high-current faults. Structural Integrity: Verifying the stability of arc-extinguishing chambers and internal mechanisms. Isolation Safety: Confirming the device can safely interrupt the fault current to protect both the grid and the user.
Surge Immunity Testing
Ensuring Uninterrupted Protection Against Atmospheric Surges. At HUYU Electric, we simulate the harshest environments to guarantee your system’s safety. Our CNAS-certified laboratory is equipped with advanced Lightning Surge Generators to verify the surge immunity of our components.
Ingress Protection (IP) Rating Testing
Ensuring Environmental Resilience in Every Environment. At HUYU Electric, we ensure our components and enclosures are built to withstand the elements. Within our CNAS-certified laboratory, we conduct rigorous IP rating tests in accordance with IEC 60529 standards: Dust & Solid Protection: Evaluating the resistance against solid foreign objects to prevent internal contamination. Water Ingress Testing: Simulating everything from light moisture to high-pressure jets to ensure total internal dryness. The Goal: To guarantee the mechanical and electrical integrity of our breakers and distribution boxes in even the harshest industrial or outdoor conditions.
Advanced DC Characteristic Testing
HUYU Electric stands at the forefront of DC protection technology. Within our CNAS-accredited laboratories, we conduct specialized evaluations of DC characteristics, aiming to ensure that solar/PV and battery energy storage systems adhere to the highest safety standards: Exceptional Arc Management Capabilities—verifying the rapid and reliable extinction of DC arcs under high-voltage conditions; Dynamic Response Analysis—testing the precise tripping characteristics of our specialized DC circuit breakers (rated up to 1500V); and System Integrity Assurance—guaranteeing that systems maintain complete stability and reliability when subjected to DC fault current surges, thereby comprehensively safeguarding our clients’ investments and infrastructure.
